Gina joined the Vi at Grayhawk team over 20 years ago. She was considering a change when a friend suggested she check out Vi and she says she hasn’t looked back since she was offered the job. She currently is an LPN in our memory care unit at Grayhawk. She shares, “You come to know when you start that everyone works as a team, everyone -from all departments- represents a spoke in the wheel of our efforts to take care of our residents and we are there to support one another. We also always have the resources we need to do our job and management makes sure of that. We have a strong team of leaders and we have their support.”
