Betty was looking for a change from working in the hotel industry when she first decided to apply for a housekeeping manager position with Vi at Aventura. Her dedication and learning since joining was key in her advancement to Director of Housekeeping recently! Today, she oversees a team of more than 20 dedicated housekeepers who meet the needs of our residents and employees every day.
